Our C/U aluminum sections are primarily made from 6063 material with a T5 heat treatment state. This combination of material and heat treatment ensures the aluminum profiles possess excellent mechanical properties and surface quality, making them suitable for a wide range of architectural and industrial applications, such as framing structures, guide rail systems, and decorative projects.

The T5 heat treatment process for aluminum profiles involves cooling extruded profiles from an elevated temperature shaping process and then artificially aging them. This treatment enhances the material’s strength and stability without the need for solution heat treatment. T5 treated profiles offer good mechanical properties, such as increased hardness and strength, while maintaining a high level of dimensional stability, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

Heat Treatment Options
