Using advanced aluminum extrusion technology and CNC machining capabilities, we supply durable and customizable aluminum enclosures for a wide range of applications.

Extruded Aluminum Enclosures

What Are Extruded Aluminum Enclosures

Extruded aluminum enclosures are box-shaped housings produced by aluminum extrusion, where heated aluminum billets are pushed through a precision die to form a continuous profile. After extrusion, the profiles are cut to length and further processed with CNC machining to add slots, holes, threads, and assembly features, creating durable and dimensionally consistent enclosures for electronics and industrial equipment.

Advantages of Aluminum & the Extrusion Process

Aluminum offers an excellent balance of lightweight strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity, making it ideal for protecting sensitive components while aiding heat dissipation. The extrusion process enables complex cross-sections with integrated features in a single profile, ensuring high material efficiency, consistent quality, and cost-effective production—especially for custom aluminum enclosure designs in medium to high volumes.

Extruded Aluminum Housing Types

Extruded aluminum enclosures are essential components in various industries, offering robust protection for electronic equipment and other sensitive devices. These enclosures are designed to shield contents from environmental factors like dust, moisture, and electromagnetic interference, while also providing a lightweight yet durable housing. Compared to other materials such as steel or plastic, aluminum enclosures offer a superior balance of strength, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance, making them an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor applications.
