Equipment
Extrusion Presses
Aluminum extrusion is a process in which heated aluminum billets are pushed through a die to create profiles with specific cross-sectional shapes. This method is widely used for producing lightweight, durable, and versatile components, making it essential for industries such as construction, transportation, and electronics. Extrusion presses are the key equipment in this process, transforming raw aluminum into precise and functional profiles.
Our factory operates over 40 advanced extrusion production lines, with press capacities ranging from 600 tons to 6000 tons. Smaller presses, such as the 600-ton and 800-ton machines, are ideal for manufacturing lightweight and intricate profiles, while larger presses, like the 4000-ton and 6000-ton machines, are designed for heavy-duty profiles with larger cross-sections. This range of equipment allows us to produce profiles of various sizes and complexities.
With this extensive capability, we can meet the diverse needs of our customers with precision and efficiency. Aluminum Billet Casting
We have 4 furnaces for aluminum billet casting, producing high-quality billets with precise composition, uniform density, and excellent surface quality. Continuous casting ensures superior mechanical properties and minimal defects, meeting strict quality standards.

Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a crucial step in enhancing the mechanical properties of aluminum profiles. At our factory, we use advanced aging furnaces (also known as artificial aging or tempering furnaces) and water-cooling systems to achieve the T6 temper. The process involves rapid quenching of the profiles using water-cooling equipment immediately after extrusion, followed by controlled heating in the aging furnace to optimize strength and hardness.
Anodizing
Anodizing enhances the surface of aluminum profiles, improving corrosion resistance, durability, and appearance. We offer standard anodizing for decorative finishes in various textures and colors, and hard anodizing for thicker, harder oxide layers with superior wear and corrosion resistance, ideal for industrial applications. Our advanced lines meet both functional and aesthetic needs across industries.
Powder Coating
We use advanced vertical powder coating lines to apply durable, uniform finishes to aluminum profiles. Powdered paint is electrostatically sprayed and cured at high temperatures, providing excellent corrosion, weather, and impact resistance. A wide range of colors and finishes is available to meet various industry needs.
Machining
We have a variety of machining equipment capable of drilling, turning, milling, and other processes, as well as welding, to meet diverse production needs. Our advanced machines ensure high precision and efficiency for complex parts. We can handle both small-scale custom projects and large-scale production with consistent quality.
