Architectural Aluminum Profile

Architectural aluminum profiles are widely used in various construction applications such as windows, doors, and curtain walls. These versatile materials are favored for their durability, lightweight, and aesthetic appeal. Our company offers a range of surface treatment options to meet different design and functional requirements, including anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) coating, and wood grain transfer printing.

Industrial Aluminum Profile

Standard Aluminum Profile

Standard industrial aluminum profiles are essential components used across various industrial applications due to their versatility and strength. These profiles include aluminum tubes (both square and round), aluminum bars (available in square, round, and octagonal shapes), aluminum channels (C or U-shaped), aluminum angles (L-shaped), and T-slot profiles. Each type serves a distinct purpose, providing structural support, framing, and modular assembly options in manufacturing, automation, and construction industries. Their adaptability makes them ideal for custom fabrication and efficient assembly processes, significantly contributing to the overall efficiency and flexibility of industrial projects.

Aluminum Fabrication

Punching

Punching

Punching, involves applying high force to create holes, indentations, or other shapes in aluminum profiles. This process is essential for creating ventilation openings, mounting slots, or lightweight structures with uniform patterns.

Drilling

Drilling creates necessary holes in aluminum profiles, allowing for the attachment of components with bolts or other fasteners, crucial for modular constructions.

Cutting

Precision cutting is crucial to ensure that each aluminum profile is trimmed to exact length specifications, facilitating a perfect fit in final assembly.

Milling

Milling

Milling involves the removal of aluminum material using rotary cutters to achieve desired shapes and surfaces. This process is perfect for creating slots, grooves, and complex contours, enhancing the functionality and precision of aluminum profiles.

Tapping

Tapping

Tapping adds threads to the drilled holes in aluminum profiles, enabling the secure fastening of bolts and screws, which is vital for assembly and maintenance.

bending

Bending

This technique shapes aluminum profiles into desired curves or angles, maintaining material integrity and is essential for both architectural and functional structures.

Frequently Asked Questions

We accept a variety of file formats for aluminum extrusion drawings, including DWG, DXF, PDF, and IGS. Additionally, if you only have a rough sketch, our engineers can assist you in creating the necessary drawings at no additional cost.

Due to the high demand in construction and other industries, Wellste primarily specializes in extruding aluminum alloys from the 6000 series. However, if you require other specific alloy numbers such as the 3000 series, 5000 series, or 7000 series, we are capable of manufacturing based on your specific requirements.

After the drawing is confirmed, it typically takes 10-15 days to manufacture the tooling. Once the tooling is ready, we can produce a sample of the desired length. To ensure quick delivery, we offer complimentary fast express service through DHL to ship the sample to you.

We offer a low MOQ of only 500kg. When you choose us to customize your aluminum extrusion, we provide a sample with a specific length for your review. Following mold testing, we offer free tooling modifications based on your feedback regarding the sample.

Step 1: Our engineer will review your detailed size or drawing and provide a cross-sectional drawing for your confirmation.
Step 2: We open dies for your custom extrusion, create a sample, and send it to you for approval.
Step 3: If modifications are needed, we adjust the die size until you are satisfied with the sample.
Step 4: We inspect the raw material using a spectrum analyzer and proceed with extrusion production, providing weekly progress updates.
Step 5: Depending on your desired surface finish, we offer anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, or PVDF options.
Step 6: To ensure safe transportation, we carefully pack your products to avoid any damage.
