How Are Aluminum Profiles Hung for Anodizing?

When it comes to anodizing aluminum profiles, proper hanging plays a crucial role in ensuring uniform surface treatment. For profiles with holes, we utilize these holes to securely hang the products into the anodizing pool. For profiles without holes, custom hangers or clamps are meticulously designed to hold the profiles in place.

It’s important to note that there will always be a contact point where the hanger touches the profile. This point, called the “hanging mark,” does not undergo anodization. To minimize visual impact, we strategically choose hidden surfaces, such as the back of the profile or screw holes, to serve as the hanging point.
